IDMCC ITC Defibrillator

The club purchased a new Defibrillator this year, following the unfortunate death of Peter Valente at a trial near Dunfermline in April.

The equipment is ready at all times and is taken to all our events by Stewart Anderson, our Competitions Secretary.

We have recently bought a carrying rucksack which is clearly marked: ‘IDMCC Ltd – DEFIB’ and ready for transportation and immediate use.

Coming in 2022

Coming to the 2022 season, is the all new Club Championship Season Ticket!

In the very near future, the club will release a new form for anyone wishing to pre-enter our new seven round club Championship for 2022 – all on one single form and one single payment!

You will then be automatically entered into all the championship for the whole year.

You select only the six rounds you want to ride and don’t select the round you wish to observe, to qualify for championship points and the special discounted prices of £80 (adult) or £50 (youth).

You will still be able to enter individual rounds, but you wont gain championship points and will pay the full price of £15 adult or £10 youth per event.

This means not only are you saving time and effort filling in rakes of forms, you are doing your wallet a favour too!

Our 2022 calendar will be released in the next few days, along with all the necessary forms.

Many Thanks – The IDMCC Ltd Directors and IDMCC/ITC Committee.

2022 Membership and INTRO TO TRIALS

It’s that time of year when the club invites all its members to renew their club membership and this is 14th December annually. We have already had 42 memberships received online for 2022, why not do it now before you start the festive shopping or forget to renew?

At the recent Annual General Meeting, it was agreed to hold the membership fees at 2020 levels, which is £20 Adult; £10 Youth and £5 Social. However, that gives membership for both our clubs, Inverness & District MCC (SACU affiliated) and Inverness Trial Club (AMCA affiliated) which are managed and operated as trading styles of Inverness & District Motor Cycle Club Ltd.You get the best of both worlds, being able to apply for the mandatory SACU Trials Card and also able to ride in AMCA club trials which you don’t have to have a licence as it is taken care of by additional insurance when you pay your entry. We recommend that you take out an SACU licence so that you may ride in other clubs’ events who are SACU affiliated.
Here is your 2022 Membership online application form, we no longer have a paper-based application system, this helps reduce postage, reduces administration and paper storage, thus helping the environment. It’s so easy and quick to do.

INTRO TO TRIALS – our last event of 2021 is being held at Tain and is open to existing and new members of IDMCC/ITC. The practice/sample event is being run by Inverness Trials Club with an AMCA permit, which allows riders to take part without having to buy a licence.
Here is your INTRO TO TRIALS entry form, if you know someone that wants to sample trials on Monday 27th December, then let them know and send them a link to this notice for completion, they have to join the club, but we are doing a special combination deal for this event. It includes 2022 club membership and a day out on the bike.

Team Inverness – Join Now

It’s that time of year again when the membership comes to an end and it’s time to renew your membership.

The good news is that the 2022 membership fees are pegged at 2021 prices for all, in fact they have not increased since 2018!

But there is more, your membership fee accesses you two clubs for one fee. Adult Riders: £20; Youth Riders: £10 and Social, non riding members: £5.

Great value, so support Team Inverness and get it over and done with before the festive season rears its head!

By paying the membership fee, you are joining two clubs, Inverness & District and Inverness Trials Club. The Inverness & District is affiliated to the SACU and handles our national events, whereas the Inverness Trials Club is more locally geared to running our club only events under an AMCA permit.

SACU events require that you hold a current SACU Trials Registration Card (currently £12), whereas AMCA permitted events do not require you hold any licence, but must be a paid up member of an AMCA affiliated club.

It’s so easy to join, it takes around 30 seconds to complete and pay online, so why not do it now?
